soft center is my little collection of things made in my kitchen: cookies, matcha, small-batch desserts, and whatever else i happen to be craving.

i started this site as a place to keep the recipes i come back to, so you know theyre good! nothing too serious, just good food, things i love, and a loooooot of brown butter.

soft center is 1 part recipe book, and 2 parts kitchen diary, but mostly just an excuse for me to keep making things I love.
